What is your Social Selling Index Score And Why Should You Care?
LinkedIn’s Social Selling Index (SSI) score is a metric LinkedIn offers its members of the platform to use for measuring their social sales performance. It’s a great tool to see where you can improve your presence.
The index ranking is based on the 4 areas:
- Create a Professional Brand
- Find the Right People
- Engage with Insights
- Build Strong Relationships
You do not need a premium account to find out your SSI score. To see your score, log into your LinkedIn account on a desktop and then click on this link and follow the prompts.
Once you know your score, you’ll understand the areas where you can improve your performance. To help you, we created this worksheet to identify actions that will improve your score. Keep in mind, free accounts will most likely not score above 75. Once you upgrade to a paid account, you get an immediate boost in your score. But then if you downgrade, your score dips accordingly.
